Curry shrimp

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps iced
  • Slices/stripes of caramelized onion
  • Chopped onions
  • Garlic and chopped ginger
  • Diced bell peppers
  • Cooking cream
  • Minced cilantro
  • Green chili Pepper
  • salt
  • Turmeric
  • Powder coriandor
  • Crushed cumin
  • Mixed spices

  • 1 Spoon of tomato paste
  • 1 Spoon of dried mint

 

Direction:

  • Sauté the onions and add garlic, ginger in the skillet and stir, then add the shrimp with the yogurt on high heat.
  • Add the bell pepper and chili and stir.
  • Add spices, cream, tomato paste, and a little water without salt.
  • Before finishing add salt and coriander
