How to make Kabsa

Ingredients

  • 0.5 chickens
  • 1 Onion
  • A tomato
  • 1 cube of maggie
  • Spices
  • Three cardamom Beads
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cups water
  • Rice Punjabi al-Tai
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Tomato paste from Taie

 

Direction:

  • Place onions and tomatoes in the pressure saucepan after slicing.
  • Cut the chicken and stir fry with oil and spices, Maggi, cardamom and Cinnamon.
  • Add water and close the lid.
  • After four minutes, open the pot and add the tomato paste and the washed rice and then close it for 8 minutes.
