How to prepare a meal Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast, skimmed skin and bone, cut into cubes medium size 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 250 g tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice acid
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 4 teaspoons soft cumin
  • 1 teaspoon soft cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper, cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves for decoration

 

Direction

Mix the yogurt in a deep bowl with lemon juice, two teaspoons of cumin, cinnamon, sweet red peppers, garam masala, black pepper, ginger and salt. Add the chicken and mix well, then cover the container and put in the fridge for an hour.

The grille is then heated to a high temperature. Chicken is drained and placed in wooden skewers. Grilled chicken for five minutes on each side.

Melt the butter in a deep skillet. Fry the garlic and chili for a minute, then add the remaining cumin, paprika and salt as desired. Pour the tomato sauce and cream. Leave on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Add the grilled chicken and cook in sauce for 10 more minutes.

Sprinkle the chicken with the sauce in the serving dish. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
