Rice and Nuts
Preparation time: 30 minute to soak the rice
Cooking time: 45 minutes.
Quantity: 4-6 people

Ingredients:
- 3 cups basmati rice from al-Tai
- 6 cups soup
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- A tablespoon of salt
- A tablespoon black pepper
- A tablespoon cinnamon
- A tablespoon turmeric
- A tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Nuts (Raisins / Hazelnut / Hazelnuts)
Recipe:
- Place the almonds in boiling water and then peel it and brown the almonds and hazelnuts in a light oil
- In a pot, put the sugar and 3 tablespoons of water and leave it to be caramelized. After getting brown, put the soup, spices, butter, oil and salt, and let it boil.
- We put the washed basmati rice (dipped for half an hour earlier) on the mixture and stir and cover.
- When the rice is soaked, put the raisins on the face, cover the pot, and let it continue to settle the raisins.
- When the rice is soaked, pour it in the serving dish and place nuts and eat in good health.
