Rice and Nuts

Preparation time: 30 minute to soak the rice

  • 3 cups basmati rice from al-Tai
  • 6 cups soup
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • A tablespoon of salt
  • A tablespoon black pepper
  • A tablespoon cinnamon
  • A tablespoon turmeric
  • A tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Nuts (Raisins / Hazelnut / Hazelnuts)



  • Place the almonds in boiling water and then peel it and brown the almonds and hazelnuts in a light oil
  • In a pot, put the sugar and 3 tablespoons of water and leave it to be caramelized. After getting brown, put the soup, spices, butter, oil and salt, and let it boil.
  • We put the washed basmati rice (dipped for half an hour earlier) on the mixture and stir and cover.
  • When the rice is soaked, put the raisins on the face, cover the pot, and let it continue to settle the raisins.
  • When the rice is soaked, pour it in the serving dish and place nuts and eat in good health.
